“In keeping with the purpose of Grace Bible Fellowship Church, the Rock of Grace Youth exists to glorify God by providing our Junior and Senior High youth with an age-appropriate setting in which to grow in biblical truth, worship, prayer, and the joy of a personal relationship with Christ, which will equip them to continue in spiritual maturity throughout life and to share the gospel message with others.”
Rock of Grace Youth is for all those in grades 7th through 12th. Meetings are on Sundays from 9:30am-10:20am year round in the balcony (6th grade is included) and on Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 7:30pm during the school year in the Fellowship Hall. Sunday mornings are an intensive study each week. Wednesday evenings consist of many different aspects of worship including fellowship, music, teaching, and prayer. ROG also does a variety of different events throughout the year, each having their own unique purpose to help students grow in their walks with Christ and build community within the ministry.
Titus 2:2-8 “Older men are to be sober-minded, dignified, self-controlled, sound in faith, in love, and in steadfastness. Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled. Likewise, urge the younger men to be self-controlled. Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, dignity, and sound speech that cannot be condemned, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us.”
Adult Leaders serve in many different capacities in the youth ministry at Grace. Their main role is to be involved in the lives of the youth in order to disciple the teens in their walk with Christ. Adult Leaders are responsible for regular attendance to the Wednesday night program, leaders meetings, and helping with ROG events and activities.
Rock of Grace Youth has different events scheduled throughout the year. Events are communicated on this page, Facebook, instagram, and also through emails to parents. If you would like more information about events please contact the church office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please fill out this Medical Release Form for your teen if they will be attending any of our events.
