You don’t like what?
Dear Friends,
Some years ago Art Linkletter had a show titled “Kids Say the Darnedest Things!” The things they said were cute. Alas, Christians also sometimes say strange things as today’s devotional explains. Read it thoughtfully so you won’t make a fool of yourself. God bless you.
Because of Calvary,

2 Timothy 4:1-2
2 Timothy 4:1-2 English Standard Version (ESV)
Preach the Word
4 I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.
II Timothy 4:1-2
“I do not like doctrine,’ says one. Do you know what you are saying? You are a disciple, yet you do not like teaching, for doctrine means teaching. For a disciple to say that he does not like to be taught, is as good as to say that he does not like to be a disciple; and, in fact, that he is not one in the true meaning of that term. Whatever truth is laid down in God’s Word, it is important for us to know it.”
