Who or what do you blame?
Dear Friends,
The blame game is the oldest game in the world (see Genesis 3:11-13). It also has a very low rate of return. Today’s devotional will explain. God bless you.

Proverbs 3:11-14
Proverbs 3:11-14 ESV
My son, do not despise the Lord‘s discipline
or be weary of his reproof,
12 for the Lord reproves him whom he loves,
as a father the son in whom he delights.Blessed Is the One Who Finds Wisdom
13 Blessed is the one who finds wisdom,
and the one who gets understanding,
14 for the gain from her is better than gain from silver
and her profit better than gold.
Proverbs 3:11-14
“A man who lost a multi million-dollar business was the kind of Christian who makes bad business decisions because ‘God told him to.’ Each time he made a bad decision and lost business, he would smile and say, ‘Praise the Lord.’ When his business had failed, he went to see a rather earthy but honest, successful, Christian businessman, saying, ‘Fred, I don’t know what the Lord is trying to teach me.’
“The man replied, ‘The Lord is not trying to teach you anything except that you are stupid.’ This successful man later commented that one difference between bad Christian businessmen and bad non-Christian businessmen is that the pagans blame luck and the Christians blame the Lord.”
