Some of the Lord’s people cannot say “I prayed and God answered my prayer” for Hindrances to prayer:

1. SIN – Isaiah 59:1-2 “your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God”
2. LACK OF PRAYER – James 4:2 “You do not have, because you do not ask”
3. SELFISHNESS – James 4:3 “you ask wrongly to spend it on your passions”
4. FAITHLESSNESS – James 1:5-7 “let him ask in faith, with no doubting”
