There will be a shuttle leaving from the church parking lot between 6pm – 6:45pm to drop off people at the Mansion.

The cost is $60 for the retreat or $150 if you will be staying at the Mansion for the retreat.

  Our Speaker for the Weekend:

  Sherry Hart

  Teaching on…

  “That I May Know Him”

  Based on Philippians 3:10

  “…that I may know him and the power of his
  resurrection, and may share his sufferings,
  becoming like him in his death…”

  Sherry Hart was an school teacher for 35 years at Oley Valley Elementary School before she retired in 2003.

  She has served as a Women’s Ministry Director and women’s Bible teacher at both New Life Bible Fellowship Church in Oley, and Fleetwood Bible Church.  She is now teaching and leading devotions for small groups at Garden Spot Village in New Holland.

  Sherry and her husband, John, lived in the Oley Valley for over 40 years before moving to Garden Spot Village 3 years ago.  They are members of Christian Fellowship Church in New Holland.

  Sherry’s only child, Ann, lives in Mohnton with her husband (Dr. Timothy Medianick) and their three children.  Sherry and John love being with their grandchildren (ages 13, 11 and 4)!

  After the Lord, her family and teaching the Word of God, Sherry enjoys reading, walking and studying the Bible.

  Both Sherry and John consider it a sacred trust and a high privilege to serve the Lord by using their gifts of teaching!

  We consider it a joy and privilege to have Sherry with us this weekend!

  We will have crafts and games for people to do after and between the sessions.

  We have also been given permission to use the following rooms throughout the mansion.

  Massage room (2 fully working massage chairs)

  Movie room (5 movie theater seats with space on floor for more)

  Library

  Dining room has large table for games

• Overnight Stay

  There is a limited amount of space for people to stay overnight. If you choose to stay overnight a light continental breakfast will be provided by the Mansion on Hampden.

  We have been given the opportunity to have our retreat right here in Reading this year at The Mansion On Hampden they have graciously given us free range of the Mansion and have reserved the whole Mansion for us that weekend.
