Ambition?
Dear Friends,
Ambition is a strange thing. If it is said, “He has too much ambition”
it means “Beware of him because he’ll stab you in the back to get
ahead!” On the other hand, it if is said, “He has no ambition” it means
“He’s a lazy bum who will never amount to anything!” But it is well to
be ambitious to glorify God and to bless others and today’s attached
devotional shows something of how to do it. God bless you!
Because of Calvary,

Ecclesiastes 9:10 (ESV)
10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might,[a] for there is no work or thought or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol, to which you are going.
“I studied the lives of great men and famous women, and I found that the men and women who got to the top were those who did the jobs they had in hand, with everything they had of energy and enthusiasm and hard work.” [Harry S. Truman in Powerful Thinking for Powerful Living compiled by Bob Phillips, (Eugene, Ore: Harvest House Publishers, 1991), p. 135]
